Oxygen Basics

Oxygen is your real fail state in Abyss. If it runs out, you die and lose every unsold fish from that trip.

TubeOxygen CapacityCostDepth Access
Starter Tube60sFree0-50m
Pufferfish Tube90s$2,8500-150m
Anglerfish Tube120s$8,0000-250m
Abyssal Tube180s$25,0000-500m

Dive Planning

  1. Check your tube capacity before every route
  2. Estimate descent and ascent time first
  3. Reserve at least 30 percent for the return trip
  4. Only then budget fishing time at target depth
  5. Use the Oxygen Calculator when the route gets close

Warning: Do not plan around perfect execution. Small aim mistakes and navigation delays happen every run.
